Little Happy is by my side, sprawled out on the couch. She always insists on having her head covered under her blanket (she likes darkness for some reason). We are in the den with the air going. It's SO hot outside. We couldn't stay out too long because it's like a desert out there. And so, I DREAD my utlility bill. Last month, it was double what it normally is. But I will just have to cut back somewhere ELSE. We have to have our air.

This morning, I interacted online with one of my favorite singers. He sent me a message after I had responded to one of his posts. So I will feature him today in The Highland Room. His name is Robert Kel Torres and he will be singing "Historia de un amor". Be sure to listen to it. You don't have to speak Spanish to understand the emotion in the song. And in The Peachtree Room, I will leave, for a second day, the wonderful poem with such a great message: "My soul has a hat". Be sure to hear it.
