Today, in The Highland Room, out in The Great Hall, I'm featuring a wonderful french song: "Je suis Malade". As you may know, I love songs but not just in English. I love the Romance languages and this song, to me is very beautiful. The lover is sick at what has become of him and his lover. He's tired and he's sick. It's a very moving song. And, in The Peachtree Room, I have a great talk by the late Bishop Fulton Sheen on living one's life for others. Do give it a listen if you have the time.
Yesterday, exept for a quick trip to the store and to Wendy's, was spent at home. It's so hot that neither one of us wanted to go out. This morning, Happy took me for my walk and now, she's snoozing and I'm about to. Davidmentioned that he wanted to go to our favorite Chinese restaurant tomorrow but I'm thinking of asking him for us to go today, instead. We'll see.
I've already checked in with the hotel for correspondence and there was one to be answered, which I did. So now, I have my manuscript out and am still working on my poem for the facing page of the chapter I'm working on.
