DID YOU KNOW that it is possible to travel for free, or nearly so?
Let me explain:
There are credit card companies that offer FREE miles, FREE hotel rooms, FREE points for other forms of travel such as trains and in some cases, FREE money, just for getting their card.
If you know me personally, you already know that I do NOT believe in carrying a balance on a credit card. The card, itself, is just a tool and if one uses that tool wisely by paying his balance in full each month, then the card is a great thing to have.
I do not have a balance on any of my cards and I do not use my cards to buy THINGS. I use them exclusively to build travel trips with. I have three that have given me airline miles to fly with. I have one that gave me train miles to ride the train with for free. I have one that gave me many points with, with which I can transfer those points where I need them and I a number of cards that gave me free hotel rooms, just for getting their card. And then, I have several cards that gave me CASH BONUSES and I use them for restaurants while on trips.
Here are my top picks for 2022. Each one of these cards offers points or miles just for signing up. They also offer MORE miles, points or cash for getting others to get the card. It's a win wins. You can do the same!!
American Express offers a wonderful card in conjunction with Delta Airlines. If you are approved for this excellent card, and if you spend $1,000.00 in the first three months (just pay your already-existing bills with it), Delta Airlines will give you 40,000 FREE miles to fly with. It works!! When I got my own card, I used my free points and flew to Los Angeles and back for free. I had enough miles left over, that I used them later and flew to Huntsville, Alabama. If you need or want a card, this is a wonderful card. Click here to learn more and to apply
Chase's Sapphire Visa Card, in my opinion, is a "mercedes benz" in the world of credit cards. They have a current offer where if you apply and are approved and receive their card, if you spend $4,000.00 in the first three months (just pay your already-existing bills with it), they will give you 60,000 points to travel with. When I received my card, I did not indebt myself one penny. I just paid bills that I was going to have to pay anyway and before I knew it, I had my free points in my account. The benefits of this card are too many to mention here. Click here and get a full listing of everything available to you with this card. It's a GREAT card!
Chase has another great card for those who aren't really interested in traveling but who want a cash back card. If you apply and receive their Freedom cash back card, as soon as you have spent $500.00 (up to three months to use it), they will put $200.00 credit on your card!! Not only that but you will earn a minimum of 1.5% cash back on every purchase. After I received my card and had spent my first $500.00 (on bills I already had), I used my $200.00 credit to buy this website. Basicallly, the website was FREE to me. Discover is one of my favorite cards. I use this card at the grocery store because I earn not 1, but 5% cash back with this card. This is a wonderful card. Not only that, but if you apply and receive this card, they will give you $100.00 credit on your card after your first purchase as long as that purchase is made in the first three months. For your first year, they will match what you earn!! Click here to see all the benefits and to apply.
The above cards require good to excellent credit to be approved. However, if you are tyring to build your credit and your score isn't quiet there yet, apply for this card from Capital One.
