Today, in  The Highland Room, I am featuring Norweigan Angelina Jordan singing "I have nothing" and in The Peachtree room, I am featuring a wonderful reading called "My soul has a hat", written by Mario de Andrade. I've featured it here before, I like it so much. 

This morning I was up at the crack of dawn and went for a biscuit and coffee up the street. Then back here to work on my site all day as well as answer correspondence for the hotel. I'm having a difficut time getting Google's You Tube to correspond with me but I will keep on until I get the answer I want from them. I had a bad customer service experience at the breakfast place this morning, a VERY slow experience with You Tube and almost a week ago now, I wrote an email to the management of the company from which I have THIS site. After almost a week, they still haven't responded. 

What has  happened to customer service?

How Frustrating!!
